- NOS visually inspect the facility's exterior lighting for basic functionality.

- NOS inspections will be performed every other month at a time and date of Bellino Electrical Services, LLC Choosing.

- Customer agrees to inform security guards of NOS program.

- Customer agrees to allow Bellino Electrical Services, LLC to number all poles to ensure correct identity.

- After inspections, Bellino Electric Services, LLC will report to customer all fixtures not working properly.

- Bellino Electric Services, LLC will perform repairs only after being instructed by Customer.

- Customer or Bellino Electric Services, LLC may cancel NOS at any time.
